Credit reporting agencies

all of these companies (except Experian) will send you your report if you send them a request along with a copy of a credit rejection (where they are the agency that was used)

Equifax - this company is honest and OK

Experian - All branches of this company are OK execpt the one in Allen, TX they are the lowest of the low, they use every trick to keep you from your report, if you look at the information that they require (they are the only credit reporting agency that requires this information) one can see that if they are not breaking the law they are at least using every trick to keep you from having it. We would suggest that you do not use this company and if you are one that they have black listed then here is a FAX number to FAX them your complaint, 972.390.3996, also send a letter to the Attorney General of Texas, and remember that by law none of this information is necessary to send you your report, even though they will make it sound like that.

They will not give you your report unless you supply the all of the following, and this is a direct copy from a request: full name, including middle name and generation (such as Jr, Sr, I, II, III); current delivery address and two proofs of the address (such as copies of your utility bill, driver's license, bank statement, etc.); social security number (required to obtain you report); date of birth; complete addresses for the past five years (including apartment number and ZIP code), and spouse' first name (if applicable)

Remember that not only do they have a signed letter requesting the report but it is being sent to the address that they have on record for you. This is just their way of illegally keeping information from you. This is also the agency that will give our your information with out you requesting it, to any one that purchases their service. This has happened to me personally so I know they do it. They do not care about making sure that they are sending information to you, all they care about is black listing people, and keeping you from your information.
